Return Policy

How do I return an item?
Returns can be made in-store or by mail within 14 days of receipt of shipment with our return approval. Merchandise must be unused, unopened and in saleable condition (i.e. in original, unmarked, and undamaged packaging) and must include an invoice or receipt. Most items sold on shop.honzokaku.com follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. To make your return, first call at 212-685-4325 or email, hi@honzokaku.com, for return approval. All opened and used merchandises are non-refundable.

Requirements for a Full Refund
• Items must include an invoice or sales receipt
• Items must be in new, unopened, and saleable condition
• Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories

No Refund on Shipping and Handling Charges
• Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by Honzokaku Natural Remedies Center are borne by the buyer unless the error is on our part.
• Items valued at over $60 must be returned to Honzokaku Natural Remedies Center with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, please insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $60, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.
• If the error is on our part, we will send the replacement item for the incorrect item. Please send us the incorrect item first. Once the incorrect item is received, the new item is to be shipped to you within 14 days of purchase in order to avoid being charged for both items.

How Refunds Are Issued
Most refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds are either refunded to your credit card or issued as an shop.honzokaku.com account balance. You will still need to return your items within 14 days to avoid being charged for refunded items. Refund requests will be processed instantly. However, it may take 3-7 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.

Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel an order before delivery, please call at 212-685-4325 during our office hours (Monday to Thursday 10AM-5PM, Friday 10AM-3PM). If the order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
